The woman behind the mic
I’m freaking
Luiza.
A former “perfect girl” turned location-independent marketing strategist, story-sharer and woman on a mission — to help others reclaim their power, voice and truth.
The honest version
I moved out when I was 19. I struggled with living abroad and tried so hard to fit into foreign cultures that I lost myself. Somewhere between the airports and the new beginnings, I forgot who I actually was.
So I rebuilt — on purpose. I’ve lived in 10+ countries, completely changed my body, my identity, my life and my income. The life a lot of people dream about? I get to live it. Not because I got lucky, but because I stopped waiting to feel ready and started taking messy, honest steps.
By day I’m a marketing consultant and strategist working in B2B marketing and personal brands. But Not Just His +1 began with one mission: to inspire women around the world who know they’re meant for more — to get from stuckness to action and take real care of themselves, their dreams and their needs.
